Terms of Use
These terms explain the rules for using Fliploop, an iPhone app for resellers published by NK Genesis (“we”, “us”). Please read them. By downloading or using Fliploop, you agree to these terms.
1. Apple’s standard EULA
Fliploop is licensed to you through Apple’s App Store. Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies to your use of the app. These terms add to Apple’s agreement. They do not replace it.
2. Your account
- You need an account to use Fliploop. You sign in with Sign in with Apple or Sign in with Google. There are no Fliploop passwords.
- You must be at least 13 years old to use Fliploop, or at least 16 if you live in the EU or UK.
- You are responsible for what happens in your account. Keep your phone and your Apple or Google account secure.
3. Plans and subscriptions
Free plan
You can use Fliploop for free with some limits, including up to 10 active items.
Fliploop Pro
Fliploop Pro is an auto-renewable subscription. It is offered as a weekly plan and a yearly plan.
- Price. Prices are shown in the app before you buy. They are set through the App Store in your local currency.
- Free trial. The yearly plan may include a free trial (for example, 3 days) for eligible new subscribers.
- Payment. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. If you start with a free trial, you are charged when the trial ends, unless you cancel first.
- Auto-renewal. Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Managing and cancelling. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your iPhone’s Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. If you cancel, Pro stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.
- Unused trial time. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
- Refunds. Apple handles all payments and refunds. To ask for a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Deleting the app or account. Deleting the app or your Fliploop account does not cancel your subscription. Cancel it in Settings as described above.
4. Your data
You own the records you put into Fliploop. You give us permission to store, back up and sync them only so we can provide the app to you. You can export your records as a CSV file or delete them at any time. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.
5. Acceptable use
Please use Fliploop fairly. You agree not to:
- use the app for anything illegal, or to record or sell illegal goods;
- try to access another person’s account or data;
- interfere with, overload or disrupt the app or its servers;
- copy, change, reverse engineer or resell the app, except where the law allows it;
- try to get around subscription limits or security features.
6. Not tax, legal or financial advice
Fliploop keeps records and does arithmetic. It is not tax, legal or financial advice. Marketplace fee rates and mileage rates in the app are estimates, and you can edit them. You are responsible for checking your numbers and for your own tax filings. For advice, talk to a qualified professional.
7. The service is provided “as is”
We work hard to make Fliploop reliable, but we provide it “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no promises or warranties of any kind, including that the app will always be available, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose. We may change, add or remove features over time.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, NK Genesis will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, lost revenue or lost data, arising from your use of Fliploop. Our total liability for any claim about the app is limited to the amount you paid for Fliploop in the 12 months before the claim.
Some places do not allow these limits. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.
9. Ending your use
You can stop using Fliploop at any time. You can delete your account and all your data from inside the app in Settings → Data & privacy → Delete account. Remember to cancel any subscription separately.
We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page. If the changes are significant, we will let you know, for example in the app. If you keep using Fliploop after changes take effect, you accept the updated terms.
